Your Photo Negatives or Slides are Gold!

I hear from many friends and clients that they've tossed their old film negatives and slides to save space because they have the 'prints'. But actually did you know that the original film negatives or slides are your highest and best quality original of that photo and the print is not?

Also, depending upon how those photo prints are being stored, they are more susceptible to discoloration over time due (i.e. in albums that are acidic, or being stored in the attic where it's way too hot for them).

This is my plea to everyone! So, if you have not scanned them yet and made them digital to preserve them for future generations - don't throw those negatives and slides out!
