Save A Memory - Professional Photo Organizing organized my 30 year old photo mess and far exceeded my wildest expectations. I had, what seemed to me, a giant closet full of scrapbooks, photo albums, and loose photos. The closet documented my family from the 1900s to the 1990s. It was my now late mom's dearly held memories. I tried just organizing the photos, but after a few days gave up. I asked my adult children, who tried but couldn't get anywhere either. Finally I heard Susan of Save A Memory - Professional Photo Organizing on a podcast. I called her and soon everything was digitized, with each photo labeled in keywords that makes them easy to find. Susan even put the photos into boxes designed to hold and preserve them. My wife and I are now spending one afternoon a week gathering our own ancient photos so we can take them to Susan too.

I had been putting off converting my childhood VHS tapes after my mom passed away, worried about giving them to some big company and what the results may be. I was introduced to Susan thanks to the animal rescue I volunteer with and knew it was the time to do this! 95% of the time the macOS is wonderfully manageable without doing IT level troubleshooting and repair, but when faced with weird, unresponsive behavior, you need someone with experience to get it sorted out. Susan is that someone. In a couple hours she was able to fix a file access problem that I'd spent a day and a half trying to resolve. Her years of experience as an IT pro were invaluable and now we can move on with our project. She's now on my support speed dial.

Loved working with Susan. She was incredibly knowledgeable about my project (converting slides into digital photos), worked with multiple operating systems, gave me multiple options for saving the files, let me view them to see which I wanted touched up, offered more extensive editing if I wanted, and was an all around pleasure to work with. Planning to have her make a photo book for me next. I have used larger commercial photo conversion companies in the past and this was, hands down, a better experience.

I worked with her to transfer VHS videos to digital files that our family members can watch again. She provided a quicker turnaround than I expected, and her work was precise and professional. She went way above my expectations to turn a 2-hour long video into smaller segments that are easier to watch. I'm already preparing to work with her again on some other photo projects.
